🔥 Eat fresh, unprocessed and fiber rich foods that help to build a robust immune system and fight infections.

🔥 Colour your diet with a variety of  fruits and vegetables to get a range of the vital micronutrients.

🔥 Fresh   fruits will help in detoxifying your cells and citrus fruits can be a good source of the much needed Vitamin – C which helps in the formation of antibodies

🔥 Consume eggs, soybeans, mushroom, lentils, pulses and walnuts to include Vitamin D in your diet.

🔥 Boost your energy with calorie-dense foods. Add whole-grain cereals like wheat, millets, oats, brown rice and starchy roots such as potato, sweet potato.

🔥 Include enough sources of healthy dairy into your daily diet to help with gut health and increase good bacteria

🔥 Cut down on salt, sugar and high sodium condiments. Limit your daily salt intake to less than 5 g.

🔥 Avoid industrially produced trans and saturated fats and instead add unsaturated heart-healthy fats like avocado, nuts, olive oil, soy, canola, sunflower and corn oils to your daily meal plan. Also, increase the proportion of omega-3 fatty acids.

Water Fluids

🔥 Remember to start with small frequent meals 4-6 times per day or eat every couple of hours.
